All those little boats on the Connecticut River are rowers racing or preparing to race, and the hints of colors and patterns in the solid blue of water match well with the early hints of color and patterns of changing foliage in the expanse of green leaves.

Pristine Soccer Field
Summer efforts brought a beautifully pristine soccer field to life at Trinity. From above, I appreciate even more the gentle slope of the hills that arranges the rest of campus in the background. The little chimneys of Northam peak up on the left side of the image in a way I find particularly appealing.

2024 National Invitational Rowing Championship
As the semester finished, I traveled to support Trinity Rowing at the National Invitational Rowing Championship in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Unlike most other spectators, stationed down at the finish line, some coincidence and some bushwhacking led me to a position near the starting line. The benefit to this view was capturing the boats while they were still closely spaced, making for some really dramatic competitive compositions.
