These high flying images are fascinating. Where you are I would image there is little squabble with the FAA.
The FAA requires that I fly below 400 ft and register the drone with them, which I have. It turns out that flying above 400 ft makes for less interesting pictures anyway: the best part of a drone is being able to get pictures from that “impossible” space above our heads and below our aircraft.
