Pearse Lyons Distillery was constructed in a long-disused church in Dublin. The full renovation of the space included replacing the original (and long-damaged) stained glass with whiskey-focused glass. (Check out the glass still in the window behind the copper stills!)

Copper Stills
The big, copper stills at Woodford Reserve are “where the magic happens,” and I have to admit: against the limestone backdrop, they certainly look impressive. Perhaps the whole scene is bit too carefully constructed for the tourists, but if the stills are real, and the whiskey is real, then I might as well just sit back and enjoy it.
Peaceful Pool
Another shot of the previously captured Nitobe Memorial Garden (here, here, and here), you can see the previously featured 77 Log Bridge but here you can see more of the island that is at the center of the pond central to the entire garden. The water is almost improbably still here, considering its proximity to a large university campus. The contrast of light and dark (and hot and cool, though this is harder to convey in a picture) was what I found appealing about this vantage to begin with, and the trees offered a nice frame for the sun drenched water.
